The City's Best Paper Aeroplane

Planes. What is so special about planes? It is not just a carrier that carries humans. It is the stunts that it does. This plane is the best of my city. It is the city's best paper plane. In Bangalore, India there is someone who made a paper plane that is shaped like a bullet but slightly different. The back side of the plane is shaped like a mathematical symbol plus (+) and the front is shaped like a sharp pointy edge that makes it go fast so the angle matters and even the wind matters of your flight.  You can make your plane in a design of how you want it to go. Here are some ideas.

Rocket Plane

Note: Find a clear space to light your rocket otherwise it may crash into any building

 What you need:

                   Items                                                                                                 No. of Items

  1. A4 size sheet                                                                                                  3
  2. Glue bottle (any)                                                                                            1
  3. Stapler                                                                                                           2
  4. Cardboard Roll                                                                                               1
  5. Sand in a small box(If wanted like an actual plane)                                          1
  6. Petrol in a bottle                                                                                             2
  7. Water                                                                                                            20 ml
  8.  Cardboard Sheets                                                                                           2
  9. Match and Matchstick box                                                                                 1
  10. Adults                                                                                                              4
  11. Scissors                                                                                                            1
  12. Tape                                                                                                           1 roll

Got it all? OK. Lets continue

Method:

  1. Take one A4 sheet and fold it till it becomes a normal plane, repeat one more time.
  2. Cut the cardboard roll in a vertical manner until it comes to 3/4th of the roll, repeat one more time on the opposite side
  3. Stick the plane to the roll with the help of the tape roll. Stick the all the edges with the tape. Same on the other side.
  4. Cut the corner of the third A4 and make a semi-circle then join the two ends to make a cone
  5. Stick the cone to the cardboard using glue and wait for it to dry
  6. Then mix petrol and water and add that solution
  7. Then put the rocket on a smaller cardboard sheet.
  8. Tape all of the rocket for safety.
  9. To do the rocket stand, Cut a strip of cardboard that is a bit taller than a match stick. Continue for 4 times.
  10. Stick all the strips together like a square.
  11. Put all the match sticks in a square until it covers the full square.
Now let us see how to let the rocket fly

How to make it fly:
  1. Just light how many ever match sticks you want and wait
  2. Suddenly your rocket will go zooming up in the air
    Now you are READY!!!

The Longest Border in the World

How many people live near the border in your country?

10000? 10000000?

You may think the longest border in the world houses the highest number of people, but it does not! It is the border separating two countries namely, the United States of America and Canada.

It spans 8891 kilometers (5525 miles) Oh my God! It is a very mountainous region making it very hard for people to live there. Canada's highest mountain: Mt. Logan is located near the border.

The states in the US bordering Canada are:

  1. Washington state
  2. Idaho
  3. Montana
  4. North Dakota
  5. Minnesota
  6. Michigan
  7. Ohio
  8. Pennsylvania
  9. New York
  10. Vermont
  11. New Hampshire
  12. Maine
  13. Alaska

The provinces in Canada bordering the US are:

  1. British Columbia
  2. Alberta
  3. Saskatchewan
  4. Manitoba
  5. Ontario
  6. Quebec
  7. New Brunswick
  8. Yukon.

That is 21 in total.

Bye Bye see you again :)

Malaysia: Part - 2

On 20th of June 2024 I wrote Malaysia Part-1, The series is continuing. Lets start now.

LANGKAWI

So we were heading to Langkawi. Langkawi is extraordinary and beautiful. The beautiful views of the Andaman sea and Straits of Malacca.

So when we first landed in Langkawi I thought "Are we going to land in the sea because of the reason why Langkawi airport is less than ten meters away from the sea coast!".

🛩

ðŸŒŠðŸŒŠðŸŒŠðŸŒŠðŸŒŠðŸŒŠðŸŒŠðŸŒŠðŸŒŠðŸŒŠðŸŒŠðŸŒŠðŸŒŠðŸŒŠðŸŒŠðŸŒŠ  Aaaahhhhhh The plane is about to drown.

Just Kidding 🤣🤣🤣🤣.

Okay so when I landed in the airport we had to wait for more than an hour or so. So we just went to Starbucks and parceled some yummy things and even borrowed a new Toyota Crysta long - distance version and headed to our Airbnb in Kuah.

We rested. It seemed like a luxury villa. So we just went around and came back. The next day we went straight to Langkawi cable car point. We got extremely great views and ate an ICE - CREAM at Machinchang Ice Cream store. The view was extraordinary.

Then we finally came down and drove to Kilim Geoforest Park and that was fun. The boat driver cracked tonnes of jokes.

Hihihihihihihi 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 .

Then we had to rush to our fake home because there was lightning, thunder and rain so the boat driver then got frightened and said bye bye and Lol. So did we. While we were walking to the car we got frightened of and jumped. Finally we had early dinner and reached our Airbnb.

The next day was our flight. at 2 PM so we got ready and went from Langkawi to ******

Any guesses?

Penang!

Bye Bye see you again :)

Me in the cable car with stunning views behind.

About the Closest International Island to India

Islands! There are wonderful things that are on it and I am going to tell you about one.

Sumatra!

Not everyone reading this post knows this but, in India there is an archipelago called the Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

The closest point to it is not India, Thailand, Myanmar (Burma) or Bangladesh but, the biggest island of Indonesia! SUMATRA!

If there was a bridge between the 2 islands then it would roughly take 1-2 hours to get there and even you would be crossing 1/2000th of the Indian Ocean!

It's also a place where a deadly tsunami happened but, don't worry it cannot happen anytime soon.

Bye Bye see you again :)

Malaysia: Part - 1

Have you been on an international trip? If you have done, great. I have also been on one.

Malaysia!!

Selamat Datang 🤣 That means 'Hello' in Malay.

Malaysia is a country in southeast Asia with beautiful landscape and a lot of diversity all over the country.

It has the beautiful Mt. Kinabalu at a staggering 4003 meters and that is like half the size of Mt. Everest.

It has friendly people. It has even beautiful beaches in the island of Langkawi.

There are hundreds of things to do in Malaysia and even hundreds of activities. My trip to Malaysia story begins. I hope you enjoy.

At 4:58 PM we started from our house and headed to the airport. We reached there at about 7:00 PM.

There was a restaurant at the airport where we ate and about half an hour later there comes a bus from Sarjapur and it was my cousin.

We took a shuttle bus to Terminal-2 and went inside. (Let's fast forward a bit...sshhh) Okay, so after all that I finally went to the boarding gate which was C3 at 11PM and it was almost mid-night. Then I saw the plane come at 11:20PM. We got our passports 🖃 (stamped) and got on to the plane.

We found our seat and 10 minutes later vvvrrrrrrrrrrooooooooooooooommmmmmm and whoosh!! Our plane took off.

The city was beautiful as we passed. We headed south and south, east and east and finally I woke just above the southern coast of Malaysia.

Finally 2 minutes later we landed in Kuala Lumpur.

Then there was a 3 hour layover in KLIA (Kuala Lumpur International Airport).

Then there was another flight from Kuala Lumpur to Langkawi.

Bye Bye see you again :)                     Selamat Tinngal (Bye in Malay)

Us at the airport in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Malaysia.

Chikmagalur is around 250 to 300 kilometres from my house so we sat in the car and zooooooooooooommmmmmmm went the car on our trip.

Chikmagalur was a superb place. With the Western ghats on one side and on the other side it is just some grassy land.
